    Technology of the demonstration complex POLIVIZOR – FOG SCREEN:

    Polivizor enables creating a three-dimensional image directly in the air, right in front of visitors' eyes. It forms a "live" volumetric 3D image in the air - without any "solid" projection screens. The image or video created by Polivizor truly "floats" in the air and appears very realistic. Only pure distilled water is used to "refuel" Polivizor.

    The "air screen" of Polivizor consists of a specially prepared, vortex-protected thin air flow saturated with water mist.

    This "air screen" feels dry and cool to the touch, and when there is no image, it is almost invisible to the human eye. A projector displays a specially prepared image onto it. The brightness of the light flow is at least 6,000 ANSI lumens.

    The image generated by Polivizor can be perceived even in daylight; however, its quality improves with reduced room lighting (minimization of external parasitic light). A dark background enhances color reproduction and contrast. The Polivizor image is well-visible from a distance, and it is recommended to install the device so that it can be seen by viewers approaching from at least 3 meters away.

    Usage possibilities:

    1. To enhance the effect of using Polivizor, in addition to sound accompaniment, scents can be added by placing drops of aromatic substances into the refill tank.

    Polivizor, price in Baku2. The usage possibilities of Polivizor are limited only by the user's imagination. However, Polivizor is not intended to replace a conventional computer monitor or TV – image quality today is far from FULL HD, as air density does not allow for an ideal picture.

    3. Polivizor can be used both as an independent informational advertising medium and as part of an expo stand or an entrance to an entertainment venue – as an air curtain in the welcome area.

    4. It can be installed in demonstration halls, shop windows, museums, exhibitions, conferences, theme parks; used in TV show filming, scientific centers, theatrical performances as decorations, fashion shows, corporate events, presentations.

    5. Polivizor is designed to create and display impressive visual 3D images to achieve the goal of attracting visitors' attention to the multimedia platform and marketing content in a non-standard way.

    Content:

    The content can consist of both animated and static images, video, 3D graphics. To achieve the desired effect of using Polivizor, special video content is pre-prepared, involving: filming on black or green chromakey, 3D modeling, animation, compositing, video post-processing, and overlaying professional sound onto the finished material.

    Content creation begins after receiving a technical assignment from the client in a simple written form, along with logos and other objects that will be used in the video in vector format.

    Don't miss your chance to outpace your competitors and embark on a perfect path of development!

    Where can the PoliVizor system be used?

    Today, many modern companies prefer to use only the latest developments that immediately attract attention and allow them to achieve the desired result. Technical equipment, interest from a large number of potential audiences, optimized costs—all of this becomes the key to success. PoliVizor is precisely such a product. It draws attention, gets people talking, and makes them want to see it. Such a screen can become indispensable for decorating a presentation stand, commercial space, or entertainment venue.

    The use of the PoliVizor screen allows any space to exude chic and create a unique image. This modern innovation immediately attracts attention in any nightclub or when organizing a large-scale show. The entertainment industry today strives to use everything new and unusual, and the PoliVizor system fully meets these requirements.

    Where else can PoliVizor be used? The bright and realistic image has found its place at exhibitions and presentations, various events, and performances. The main application of PoliVizor is in the advertising business.

    How is PoliVizor different from a regular screen?

    This innovation is significantly different from its closest relatives—TVs and projection screens. The capabilities of this system are so extensive that they are literally limited only by imagination. PoliVizor is not intended to replace a regular computer screen; movies and clips will appear flat and unattractive here.

    To get a rich and realistic image, you will need to order specialized content, which is created by a team of experienced professionals. Why is this necessary? This is because PoliVizor is designed to display high-quality close-ups, whereas films and programs are designed for medium and small formats. This unique feature allows for an image that seems to float in the air, creating the visual effect of a volumetric 3D object.

    What PoliVizor models are available today?

    The PoliVizor company offers a modern and high-quality model, PV272R. It is compact, convenient, easy to use, and provides high-quality images. This model is equipped with a video projector, which is placed on a separate external stand. Rear Projection technology is used, with the projection being cast onto the air screen from behind. Bright and high-quality images are achieved with specialized software that controls the angle, distance, and positioning of the projector relative to the screen plane. Installation of the equipment is carried out by experienced specialists who take into account the positioning of the PoliVizor, room dimensions and shapes, and the desired effect during installation.

    What are the dimensions of the PoliVizor air screen?

    The PV272R model allows for the creation of images in a vertically oriented position. The screen size onto which the image is projected is 2340 mm, or 1800*1500 mm. This is sufficient to create an attractive and vivid image.

    How does PoliVizor work, how much "fuel" does it need, and what is its safety level?

    The system is completely environmentally friendly and safe, requiring only distilled water, which must be purified before use. The system's tank is designed for 20 liters, with a very economical consumption rate of only 3 liters per hour. The system can operate for about 7 hours on a single tank. This is more than enough to create a bright and unforgettable show, conduct a presentation, or organize an exhibition day.

    One of the advantages of the PoliVizor system is that during operation, no harmful or toxic substances are released. The screen consists entirely of tiny water droplets.

    How to achieve a bright and vivid image with PoliVizor?

    The brightness and intensity of the image are influenced by the lighting level in the room and the presence or absence of sunlight. When using PoliVizor during the day, bright sunlight can make the image hard to see. However, such screens can be used outdoors, with the best times being twilight, late evening, or night. This makes PoliVizor an excellent tool for various shows, performances, and large-scale events. Outdoors, a dark-colored backdrop is often installed to make the misty image brighter and more distinct.

    To achieve perfect quality for the displayed video, the background is illuminated with special directional lights. These create an unusual yet very attractive effect. Blue light works best as it highlights the image most effectively, making it more realistic and engaging. Combining it with a dark background easily achieves depth and sharpness, providing an extraordinary atmosphere.

    These same tricks can be used indoors, such as in exhibition halls or nightclubs. Using directed lighting and a specialized backdrop helps eliminate the influence of external light sources, but it’s better to place PoliVizor away from open or lit windows and from bright lights directed at the air screen area.

    What is the optimal viewing distance for PoliVizor?

    Visually, the image created by PoliVizor appears three-dimensional, although it is not. It is not possible to create a hologram this way. However, the projection and screen features make this effect very realistic. The optimal viewing distance is 2–10 meters, but experts recommend setting up screens so viewers can watch from a greater distance. PoliVizor allows clear viewing of images located approximately 50 meters away.

    During operation, it is important to remember that PoliVizor creates an image with a 120-degree viewing angle both vertically and horizontally. The projection itself is made from a dense airflow containing tiny moisture droplets.

    Does PoliVizor make noise during operation?

    For many, it is important that equipment operates quietly. Does PoliVizor meet these requirements? The noise level emitted during air screen operation does not exceed 40 dB. Nearby viewers will not hear the system, creating the impression that the image is simply floating in the air!

    Are there any limitations for power connection?

    To connect and operate PoliVizor, traditional conditions are required—220V/50Hz. The maximum power level required by the air screen is 700 W. Compared to other screens, the equipment is not energy-intensive.

    What projector or multimedia player is needed for PoliVizor to work?

    The air screen differs from many systems in that it creates a bright and sharp image, providing the full impression of a 3D effect. To maintain brightness, the necessary color range, format, and resolution, special equipment is required. For air screens, a projector with a brightness of at least 4500 ANSI lumens is needed. The contrast ratio should be at least 4000:1, and the projector resolution should be at least 1024×768.

    The choice of equipment for PoliVizor depends on the conditions of use. If the equipment will be installed in a room with existing lighting, projectors with a brightness of 6000 ANSI lumens or higher are recommended. To feed the image to the screen, a multimedia player is used. It should support various formats with the required resolution or higher. A personal computer or laptop capable of supporting the necessary video signal quality can also be used.

    What to do if the room with PoliVizor is smoky?

    When choosing a room to place the air screen, it is important to consider the level of smoke. For example, in nightclubs, even good ventilation may not always cope with tobacco and disco smoke. This significantly degrades image quality, and using PoliVizor under such conditions is not recommended.

    High levels of smoke will reduce image quality, as the projector’s light beam will begin to scatter, and the video image will not be 100% bright. A visible light beam from the projector to the screen will appear, eliminating the "floating in the air" effect.

    Can PoliVizor be used outdoors?

    Can the air screen be installed outdoors? PoliVizor works excellently in open spaces, but it is best used in the evening during clear weather, with no strong winds. In bright sunlight, the image will be poorly visible, so the screens are used in the evening or at night. However, it is recommended to install the system indoors, as wind gusts can reduce the quality of the effect.

    The best place to use PoliVizor is in a spacious room with high ceilings. Ventilation should be excellent, and drafts and air currents are unacceptable. Screens should be placed away from air conditioners and heaters. The air humidity level in the room without condensation should range from 0% to 99%, and the air temperature can be between 10°C and 40°C.

    PoliVizor should not be installed on stairwells, in passageways, long corridors, tunnel-like areas, small niches, closed shop windows, or compact retail pavilions.

    What image is visible from the side or back of the screen?

    PoliVizor is not designed to be viewed from the back or the sides. However, even when viewed from behind, the same video image as on the front side is visible. It will not be as bright and will be displayed in an inverted mirror projection. If viewed from the side, near the output nozzles of the laminators, only a thin 2 cm light strip, slightly shimmering, will be noticeable.

    Does PoliVizor have a physical screen?

    The unique feature of the system is that the video image is formed directly in open space, meaning there is no solid physical screen. The projection is created on a thin stream of air saturated with water mist. It is impossible to protect the air screen from strong winds or drafts, so it can only be used in clear weather or indoors.

    The mist stream extends over a height of more than 3 meters, but the projection uses approximately 1.5 meters of this stream. This is the densest and most uniform part, located closer to the floor. The mist screen feels completely dry to the touch; when passing through it, a person will only feel a slight coolness. If no image is being projected, the air stream is almost invisible. This creates the unusual visual effect of the image seemingly floating in the air.

    How is the "floating" image visual effect achieved?

    How does the image appear to float in the air? The mist screen is flat and very thin, and the image projected onto it is two-dimensional. Once the light stream enters the environment prepared for it, it gains a pseudo-3D appearance. As a result, viewers perceive it as a true volumetric image, similar to a hologram.

    This is achieved by preparing special video material during shooting, where the modeled image moves along specific trajectories. To the human eye, it appears volumetric, realistic, and vivid. No special glasses or other devices are required to achieve this effect.

    Why does the image appear to consist of separate stripes?

    Why does the image sometimes appear to be made up of separate stripes? The air stream moves at a speed of 1-2 m/s, creating many parallel thin mist streams. This technology produces the striped structure of the screen and the resulting image. This effect, noticeable when the screen is launched, does not interfere with perception, especially if the audience is at a significant distance from PoliVizor.

    Is PoliVizor similar to a humidifier, and will it increase room humidity?

    When the system is turned on, special ultrasonic emitters start working to create mist. This technology is also used in modern humidifiers. The mist screen has moisture particles measuring 5 microns. These particles carry the same electric charge, so they repel each other instead of clumping into larger water droplets.

    Moisture does not accumulate on surfaces, and no water particles form in the air. This system prevents the creation of excessive humidity levels in the room, and water droplets do not settle on surrounding objects. Clothes remain dry, makeup stays intact, and only a cool, dry flow is felt.

    The mist particles fill the space and remain suspended in the air until they lose their charge, at which point they fall to the floor and evaporate. This makes the system unsuitable for use in conditions with strong drafts, air conditioning, or wind. It cannot be used in very small rooms without ventilation or a special air drying system.

    How to properly install PoliVizor?

    The PV272R model has the following minimum requirements:

    • At least 3 meters behind the equipment, depending on the type of projector optical system used;
    • A minimum width of 5 meters at the front;
    • At least 50 cm distance from the walls;
    • Ceiling height of at least 3 meters (the working screen height is 1.5 meters from the laminators).

    The installation area for PoliVizor must be flat and even.

    Can PoliVizor projection be accompanied by sound?

    The PoliVizor system can display various types of images, either static or dynamic. Sound accompaniment can be used, or the display can run silently. To prevent sound vibrations from negatively affecting the air screen plane, speakers should be placed in front of PoliVizor. In relatively small rooms where moving the audio system to an adequate distance is difficult, the sound level should be set to medium or low values.

    Is it necessary to use special structural devices for installing PoliVizor?

    Currently, three types of installations are used:

    1. Using standard metal constructions like "Joker." This method is the most expensive but offers significantly higher reliability and efficiency. The structure is resistant to various impacts, ensuring the screen remains intact even if touched by visitors. How is the installation carried out? A frame is set up around the perimeter and then draped with black fabric. Various banners can be attached to the fabric from the outside to hide the frame elements. Acoustic speakers are mounted on the front posts, and the system is then powered on.
    2. An inexpensive and quick option is the installation of light photo stands. After setting them up, a backdrop and a protective top curtain are attached. This method is only suitable for completely darkened rooms without ceiling lighting fixtures. This simple and fast option is successfully used in restaurants and bars where the level of artificial lighting allows such systems to create bright and attractive images.
    3. Special installations are used for decoration and for enhancing various entrance areas. This option is not only the most optimal but also the most preferred, as it creates the desired effect of an image floating in the air. As a backdrop, showcases, bar counters, walls, cabinets, and similar items are used.

    How to correctly install PoliVizor? How much time is required for installation?

    The room area where PoliVizor is installed must be at least 30 sq.m, with a ceiling height of at least 3 meters. A couple of hours before the equipment is launched, a special air dryer must be turned on in the room. It can be placed in any corner of the room but should be positioned as far from PoliVizor as possible to avoid disrupting the floating image effect. Next, the equipment is set up, connected to power, and the back part with lighting is installed. Curtains can be added if necessary.

    The first launch takes approximately 20 minutes. This time is needed for the initial image to appear on the screen. Subsequent launches will require only about a minute from power-up to the appearance of the image on the screen.

    What are the technical maintenance requirements for PoliVizor?

    The system requires only two people for maintenance. Technical tasks include refilling the water tank, monitoring projector operation, and ensuring the system's functionality. Additionally, one person is needed to conduct the presentation. If a presenter is already available, just one operator is sufficient to monitor the equipment.

    What conditions should be avoided with PoliVizor?

    When using the system, avoid the following:

    • Voltage fluctuations in the electrical network;
    • Unexpected unscheduled equipment shutdowns;
    • Exposure to bright sunlight or directed lighting systems;
    • Drafts, air conditioning flows, disco smoke, and cigarette smoke;
    • Absence of air dryers or proper ventilation systems;
    • Uneven floor surfaces.

    Can fragrances be added to the water for the screen?

    To enhance the floating image effect, various fragrances can be added to the water used for creating the mist. Just a couple of drops of any aromatic substance are sufficient. It is important to note that only one fragrance will be used during the presentation, and it cannot be changed until the tank is refilled and the system is cleaned in advance.

    What content can be displayed using PoliVizor?

    The screen is designed to display the following content:

    • Visually striking images;
    • Static pictures, logos, and videos.

    Special photography and video recording, 3D modeling, compositing, animation, and other methods are used to create the images.

    What is required to create content?

    To create high-quality content for display on the air screen, the following conditions are necessary:

    1. A team of qualified specialists skilled in computer graphics, video editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
    2. A workstation for computer editing. The screen can display not only computer-animated characters but also real actors, ensuring harmonious interaction. This requires special filming equipment, a workspace for shooting, and post-production equipment.
    3. A dedicated studio equipped with the necessary tools, lighting, and other essential elements.
